2 Ways To See More Of God's Goodness

I am thankful for the goodness of God.

He is the source of everything good.

Imagine walking down the street on a warm and sunny day.

You are enjoying the sunshine, but there is something following you.

It's God's goodness following you.

Psalm 23:6 (NKJV) says, "Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever."

God's goodness to you is a promise from God.

Think of all the good you experienced in life.

It came from God.

Psalm 145:9 (NIV) says, "The LORD is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made."

God desires for you to experience more of his goodness in abundance.

The following are 2 ways to experience more of God's goodness:

1. Keep a hunger for God in your soul.  God satisfies your soul with his goodness when you hunger for him. Psalm 107:9 (NKJV) says, "For He satisfies the longing soul, And fills the hungry soul with goodness.
   

2. Expect with confidence to see more of God's goodness in your life. God's goodness increases in your life when you expect it. Psalm 27:13 (NLT) says, "Yet I am confident I will see the LORD’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living."
