Delighting In God

There is so much information we see and hear that causes discouragement. 

It can take our minds to negative thoughts and imaginations.

Discouragement is a sign of unfulfilled desires in the heart.

God made our minds to take delight in him.

Psalm 37:4 (NIV) "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart."

One meaning of delight is a high degree of pleasure and satisfaction of mind.

A delight for God begins in the mind.

Delighting in God is the cure for discouragement.

God becomes the source of positive thoughts and imagination by delighting in him.

God affects your mind with pleasures that come from His desires for you.
