The Lord desires to be the source of satisfying your heart's desires.

Discouragement is an indicator of unfulfilled desires in your heart.

Only the Lord can satisfy your heart's desires.

Psalm 37:4 (NIV) says, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart."

The Lord inspires, gives knowledge, and satisfies your heart when you delight in Him.

What does it mean to delight in the Lord?

Delight is a high degree of pleasure or satisfaction of mind. The answer to discouragement is to take delight in the Lord.

Discouragement tries to take away your identity and self-worth in Christ.

Delight includes taking satisfaction in the truth of who God created you to be in Christ.

God desires you to seek him to discover who you are in His image and likeness. It is one way the Lord satisfies your heart.

Be well,

Tulani
