Your heart, the core of who you are, was made to be at peace.
Colossians 3:15 (AMP) states, "Let the peace of Christ [the inner calm of one who walks daily with Him] be the controlling factor in your hearts [deciding and settling questions that arise].."
What is peace?
Peace is a state of quiet or tranquility in your mind.
Peace in your imagination, memory, reason, intuition, perception, and will.
Healing, deliverance, safety, and life preservation are the benefits of peace.
Overall, your well-being prospers when you are in peace.
Jesus left you with the gift of peace.
John 14:27 (NLT) states, “I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid."
How do you receive the gift of peace?
Listening to the Holy Spirit in you is one way to receive peace in your heart and mind.
How do you know when the spirit of the Lord is speaking to you?
The spirit of the Lord speaks peace to you, not chaos or confusion.
Psalm 85:8 states (NASB), "I will hear what God the LORD will say; For He will speak peace to His people, to His godly ones; And may they not turn back to foolishness."
Listen daily to the Holy Spirit. Guard your heart with peace from Jesus.
Peace is for your well-being.
Be well,
Tulani
