Serving With Peace And Justice

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, "True peace is not merely the absence of tension; it is the presence of justice.”

True peace is a gift from Jesus.  We need peace in all parts of our lives in the presence of justice.

There are days when you may feel tension. 

Just know peace from God comes with justice.

Amos 5:4 (NIV) states, "But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!"

Justice is fairness in the way we deal with people.

Dr. King Jr.'s purpose was a mission of peace and justice through civil rights. It was his calling from the Lord.

We all have a purpose and calling from the Lord.

Peace and justice come from the heart.

Today, we observe Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s life and service.

May peace and justice flow from your heart as you serve your purpose and calling.
